Corate is a market price checking tool for private Airbnb owners, Airbnb management companies, and small hotels. It helps you compare current market prices, understand your position against nearby listings, and decide where pricing changes can improve occupancy and revenue over the next 30 days.

Paste the Airbnb link for the property you want to analyze. We will prepare a report for the next 30 days using the data available at the time of your request. If the analyzed property has no available dates in that range, its prices will not appear in the report. Competitor availability may also be limited, so the report includes a market signal to help you understand how reliable the comparison is. To receive the result, you can register or leave your email address. When the report is ready, we will send you a link by email.
Open the public Airbnb listing you want to analyze, copy its URL from the browser address bar or click the share button to copy the link, and paste it into the report request form. Use the guest-facing listing link, not a host dashboard, calendar, or preview link. The link can look like https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/12345678, https://www.airbnb.pl/rooms/12345678, or https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/12345678?adults=2&check_in=2026-06-01.
We identify a group of listings close to the analyzed listing that are similar in capacity and overall quality. Using the latest available prices from a wide range of comparable listings, we calculate daily market prices and ranges to provide a fair and representative view of the market for the same dates. For clarity, only a limited number of comparable listings are shown in the interface, while market prices are calculated from a broader group of similar listings used in the comparison.
If you want more details, you can open any Airbnb listing included in the report directly on Airbnb. Just click the Airbnb icon.
You can create an account to stay informed about product updates, new features, and improvements. We use your email only for sending important updates — nothing more. In accordance with EU regulations (GDPR), you can delete your account and remove your data at any time.
